Villa Minyo is a refurbished lovely little villa situated in the beautiful Mallorcan countryside on the east coast of the island.

You can reach several beaches in five minutes, and there are 2 golf courses only 1.5 km away. The views are beautiful and you can see the Costa dels Pins, Cala Millor and Cala Bona coast.

There are fruit trees and a little truck garden. You can also enjoy a big garden with a 10 m x 4 m swimming pool.

On the ground floor the villa has a kitchen and dining area with a seperate lounge, both leading out to covered terraces wih access to the pool. The kitchen is fitted with 4 ring electric hob, oven, toaster, kettle and microwave. A washing machine is housed in a small utility area and there is also a shower room with WC.
Upstairs
Upstairs, which is accessed by an outside staircase, there are 2 small twin bedrooms, one of which also has a small fitted wardrobe, plus a lounge area with television, fridge and tea making facilities. The lounge leads out onto a covered balcony overlooking the pool and excellent views of the area. There is also a shower room and WC and a seperate walk-in wardrobe area.
